LocalVision AI is operated by Art Vision LLC. These proposed terms describe the intended service and require owner review before public launch.
Early access
The service is in private early access. Business profile setup is available; Google, AI and payment features depend on completed configuration and provider access. A feature shown in the interface may be unavailable. There are no active trial or checkout offers while billing is disabled.
Your account and permissions
Use accurate business information and connect only Google profiles you are authorized to manage. Keep your login secure. Google sign-in identifies you; connecting a Business Profile separately authorizes the requested profile functions. Selecting a profile does not start a subscription or trial.
Content and approval
Review facts, offers, images and AI-generated text before approval. You remain responsible for your content and your authority to publish it. Scheduling authorizes publication at the selected time when the service is enabled. Review replies require your explicit confirmation. If a publication has an unknown result, check Google before trying again.
Proposed subscriptions
When checkout becomes available, Starter is $39 USD per month and Pro is $59 USD per month for one business. An eligible account receives one 7-day trial across either plan, with a card required. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected plan renews monthly until canceled. The checkout shows the total and any applicable taxes before confirmation. Registration alone does not start a trial. These prices are not a claim that checkout is currently available.
Cancellation and support
When subscriptions are enabled, use the billing portal to manage or cancel renewal. Cancellation and the end of feature access follow the period shown in that portal. Contact Art Vision LLC if you cannot access it. The refund policy, final contractual provisions and support commitments still require owner review before accepting paying customers.
Results and third-party services
AI output can contain errors. Google controls listing eligibility, visibility, API access and publication acceptance. LocalVision does not guarantee rankings, leads, sales or uninterrupted third-party availability. Geographic rank tracking is planned and is not an active service feature.
