LocalVision AI is a business profile workspace operated by Art Vision LLC. This draft describes the current implementation and the Google integration being prepared for launch.
Account and business information
We process your sign-in email and account identifier, business details you enter, draft posts, schedules, usage counts, subscription status, and support requests and replies to provide your workspace. Authentication is handled by Supabase. When Google sign-in is enabled, basic Google account identity information is used to create or sign in to your LocalVision account.
Google Business Profile access
Connecting a business profile is a separate, optional permission. With your authorization, LocalVision requests business.manage access to list accounts and profiles you manage, identify your selected profile, retrieve reviews and available performance data, and send approved posts or review replies. Google features remain unavailable until the integration is enabled. We store the selected profile identifiers and an encrypted refresh credential on the server. Review and performance results are currently displayed on request rather than saved as a review or analytics history in our database.
AI processing
When you request an AI draft, the business details you entered, your topic and chosen language are sent to OpenAI. Do not enter confidential customer information in these fields. The current draft-generation workflow does not send Google OAuth credentials, fetched customer reviews or fetched performance reports to OpenAI.
Service providers and payments
Supabase provides authentication and database services; Vercel hosts the application; OpenAI processes requested AI drafts; Google provides connected profile functions. When billing is enabled, Stripe processes card details and subscriptions. LocalVision stores billing identifiers and subscription status, not your full card number.
Storage, access and disconnection
Browser storage keeps your sign-in session, language and selected plan. Operational data is stored in the service database and hosting infrastructure. Use Disconnect Google in your workspace to remove the stored Google credential and selected-profile connection; LocalVision also attempts to revoke the credential with Google. You may separately revoke access in your Google Account. Disconnecting does not delete posts already published in Google or automatically delete your LocalVision account and saved drafts.
Data requests and retention
Contact Art Vision LLC to request access, correction or deletion of your LocalVision account data. We verify account ownership before acting. Account-deletion requests can be sent from Support in your workspace and are processed manually after ownership and subscription review. A final retention and backup-deletion schedule must be confirmed before public launch; this draft does not promise an automated deletion deadline.
Use of Google data
Google data is used to deliver the connected features you request. It is not sold or used for advertising profiles. Google credentials and retrieved review or performance data are not used by the current application to train AI models. LocalVision's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
